Francis Cheung—Principal
Francis is a principal of BrightKnoll and brings over 15 years of experience as a senior level executive focusing on marketing and sales strategy, B2B and B2C software development, project management, and energy efficiency. Most recently the Director of Ecommerce & Business Solutions for Ingram Micro, Francis led large scale software product development teams.

Prior to Ingram Micro, he was a Senior Manager of Worldwide Business Applications for Warner Bros. and VP of Technology for an enterprise software application B2B venture. Francis started his career at Accenture working with clients in the Telecommunications and Financial Services industries. Francis received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) and a Masters in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Roger Hsieh—Principal
Roger is a principal of BrightKnoll where he consults for private and public sector clients in areas of business strategy, software product development, and energy efficiency. He also currently holds the position of Director of Product Development for a SaaS dealer management system serving the automotive retail vertical.

Prior to BrightKnoll, Roger consulted for and managed numerous automotive industry projects at Mazda North American Operations, Toyota Financial Services, an automotive wireless application start-up, and Ford Motor Company. Roger was previously a manager Accenture where he consulted with a variety of organizations in high tech, electronic gaming, and financial services industries to gain operational improvements.

Roger holds a master's degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as well as a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

Howard Miyashiro—Strategic Advisor
Howard is a strategic advisor to BrightKnoll and a veteran of the electronics and high tech industries where he specializes in managing customer advocacy and worldwide support organizations.
